Back from the dead

I’m feeling a bit better this morning. Especially after yesterday’s fever delerium. I was hallucinating stories about the animals that live on my ceiling. Don’t ask. So I’m starting today with a giant fruit and protien smoothie and some peppermint tea. I’m probably going to take it easy on the diet and exercise front today….

A giant smoothie. 3/4 cup plain soy yogurt 6 oz. Orange juice 2 scoops trader joe’s vanilla soy protien powder 1/2 cup frozen peaches 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1 tablespoon sweetner of your choice (I’m out of everything else, so I just used some unrefined sugar) Just blend it up and…

Work snacks

While I was at work I also drank a venti no-whip decaf soy mocha from starbucks and some Annie’s chocolate bunnies. I forgot to take pictures. Ooopsies!

Ok, so they had the double dark Qbel bars on sale while I was on my way out of the co op. OH EM GEE!!!!! THEY’RE VEGAN KIT KATS!!!! I’ve been waiting my whole veganity for this! You know that diet? Fuck it, I’m eating these every minute of every day forever.
