Fed Ex came to my house on Wednesday with a package from our friends at Chicago Soy Dairy:  The makers of Dandies vegan marshmallows (yummy), Temptation vegan ice cream (super yummy), and Teese vegan faux cheese!  The folks at CSD have been making me a happy vegan for years.  Ever since I discovered Temptation cookie dough vegan ice cream . . . drool.

Anyway . . . I opened the package and inside were two packages of Teese, one cheddar and one mozzarella flavor.  A couple weeks ago, the Chicago Soy Dairy folks put out a call for people with food blogs to “do fun stuff.”  So I responded.  They sent me free Teese in exchange for the promise of new and delicious Teese recipes.

So I have a job now.  Come up with something creative and delicious to make with some delicious vegan cheese.  Hmmm . . . It’s been a long time since I’ve cooked with cheese.  I think I’ve got my work cut out for me.  (And I’m excited! )  XD XD XD
