5:00pm. I guess you could call this lunch. It’s lunch to me at least. Garlic not chicken and vegetable soup with noodles. Eaten with some bread and crackers. Also some earth balance.

Back from the dead
I’m feeling a bit better this morning. Especially after yesterday’s fever delerium. I was hallucinating stories about the animals that live on my ceiling. Don’t ask. So I’m starting today with a giant fruit and protien smoothie and some peppermint tea. I’m probably going to take it easy on the diet and exercise front today….
