Lunch

Chichpea salad on toast again. This time with celery sticks, lite balsamic vinigarette dressing, and an apple.

Breakfast

Whole wheat toast with earth balance, fresh ground peanut butter, and organic apricot fruit spread. Also a glass of organic orange juice.

Dinner

One-fisted happy worker burrito, no cheese from Burrito Union. Chips and some salsa. I may have also doused the whole thing in hot sauce. 🙂 Oh, I also had a little bit of dark chocolate.

Lunch

Lightened up chickpea salad on wheat toast with some earth balance. Broccoli with some light-ish dill dip. And an apple.

Breakfast

Old fashioned oatmeal (cooked in water), blueberries, almonds, and agave nectar with a 6 ounce glass of orange juice.
