A green Naked juice, a giant vegan “Almond Joy” muffin from the co op, and a 16-ounce soy mocha, also from the co op. Yeah, okay, my study snack had like 800 calories.

Chichpea salad on toast again. This time with celery sticks, lite balsamic vinigarette dressing, and an apple.
Breakfast
Whole wheat toast with earth balance, fresh ground peanut butter, and organic apricot fruit spread. Also a glass of organic orange juice.
Dinner
One-fisted happy worker burrito, no cheese from Burrito Union. Chips and some salsa. I may have also doused the whole thing in hot sauce. 🙂 Oh, I also had a little bit of dark chocolate.
